Since the late 1970s LKT has been actively seeking property
investment and development opportunities in Singapore and
overseas countries, either on its own or through a joint venture.
The move in this direction is synergistic with its other core
business as a builder.
We have successfully completed many projects in Singapore,
Australia, China and the UK. The latest undertaking is the
township development in Chennai, India. Other than our Australian
concern, all the rest are under joint venture which enables
us to pool resources and tap on the expertise of our joint
venture partners.
